Payment methods
Payments are made online by credit card and are fully secured via Stripe, a secure online payment solution (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard) using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) process which allows the encryption of your bank details when they are transmitted over the network, or the Paypal platform (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Delivery
We work with La Poste for the shipping of our parcels. Once your order has been registered, it will be confirmed by email and shipped within 2 business days.
For deliveries outside the European Union, the customer must pay customs duties, VAT or other taxes due on the occasion of the importation of the products into the country of the place of delivery.
Delivery charges are specific to each routing area, indicate your address when ordering to see the different options available.
Returns
Any item may be exchanged or refunded provided it has not been soiled or damaged. The returned product must be in its original condition and packaging (plastic film). The return costs are the responsibility of the customer (except in the case of a defect).
Your requests must be made to Hot Paper Éditions within 14 working days of delivery. We will then proceed to refund within 10 days of receipt of the package.
